Verena studied philosophy and communication design in Stuttgart and Darmstadt. During her philosophy studies, she dealt intensively with gender roles. She works in Stuttgart as PR coordinator for the Kunstverein Wagenhalle, where she also organizes the Open Studio Days. She also works as a freelance copywriter, graphic designer and in the field of public relations. She is responsible for coordinating press and public relations for the third edition of Mothers*, Warriors and Poets.
