3rd edition
Care responsibilities are still not systematically considered and tended to in the arts sector. This year’s program shifts the focus to the power of the many—on the diverse networks, alliances, and feminist projects that tirelessly advocate for gender equality and the visibility of artists with caregiving responsibilities. Through discursive, artistic, and activist approaches, we examine the intersections of art, care, and precarity. By fostering gatherings and exchanges, we aim to create feminist synergies to break down structural exclusions and establish care-sensitive measures as the new standard in the cultural sector. Together, through an exhibition, a networking event, a panel discussion, and a fanzine, we seek to make care work more visible and build caring infrastructures that are rooted in solidarity and equity.
